How to order

DOC Wine Imports brings thoughtfully selected wines and food products to Ontario. Our wines are sold by the case; each product page shows the number of bottles in a case and the quantity selector moves in full-case increments.

Placing an order

1. Choose your products. Browse the shop or use the filters to find wines by type, country, region, grape or price. Product pages include the key details, price, stock status and case size.
2. Add full cases to your cart. Select the number of bottles you need. Quantities automatically increase by the product’s case size. Curated mixed cases may also be available from time to time.
3. Check out as a guest or create an account. An account lets you review your order history and update your information later. Your billing and delivery details are collected at checkout.
4. Choose delivery details. Enter your delivery address and add a note at checkout if you would like to request a particular delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate it.
5. Receive confirmation and delivery. Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days of confirmation, depending on your location and delivery volume.

Delivery and eligibility

Free delivery is available across the GTA. Delivery availability and any applicable charge outside qualifying areas are confirmed at checkout. We currently deliver only within Ontario. You must be 19 years of age or older to place an order and to receive a delivery.

Changes or cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may be applied to the refund.
