1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Please note that delivery times might vary based on factors such as location and shipping volume.

 

2. Can I request delivery on a specific date?

Yes, you can! If you need your wine to arrive on a specific date, please let us know during the checkout process. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

3. What is the minimum age requirement for ordering?

To order and receive our wine products, you must be 19 years old or older, in accordance with the legal drinking age in Ontario.

 

4. Do you ship outside of Ontario?

No, we currently only sell and ship to Ontario residents due to legal restrictions.

 

5. Is there free delivery available?

Yes, we offer free delivery within certain areas. Click here to check if your city is eligible for free delivery. If it’s not, a $18 shipping fee will be applied on your order.  

6. Are all wines available at LCBO stores?

No, our wines are not available at LCBO stores unless specified.

 

7. Can I get recommendations for wine selection?

Absolutely! If you’re unsure about which wines to choose, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to assist you with personalized recommendations based on your preferences.

 

8. Do you sell wine by the bottle or by the case?

We sell our wines by the case. However, we also offer curated mixed cases on occasion, allowing you to try a variety of wines in one package.
