Palacio dos Tavoras Alicante Bouschet comes from Costa Boal Family Estates, a family wine project whose roots go back to 1857 in Cabêda, on the Alijó plateau. Made from old-vine Alicante Bouschet and aged 18 months in new French oak, this 2021 Grande Reserva shows intense ruby colour, ripe plum, red fruit, spice and toasted notes, with dry structure, bright acidity, great body, length, complexity, and strong cellaring potential.
