Couteiro-Mor White 375ml comes from Herdade do Menir, an Alentejo estate near Montemor-o-Novo devoted to delivering “Alentejo in a bottle.” Made from Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Viognier, this 2023 white is fermented at controlled temperatures and aged six months on fine lees with weekly batonnage, showing citrus-yellow colour, lime peel, white flowers, tropical nuances, exotic complexity, and crisp refreshing acidity.
