Falcoaria White comes from Quinta do Casal Branco, a Tejo estate in Almeirim held by the Braamcamp Sobral Lobo de Vasconcelos family since 1775. Named after the royal falconry once practiced on these lands, this DOC Tejo white is made from 100% Fernão Pires from 70-year-old vines. Fermented in cement, French oak, and acacia barrels, then aged eight months with batonnage, it shows bright citrus colour, citrus and tropical fruit, toasted wood, minerality, salinity, natural acidity, balance, and strong bottle-ageing potential.
