Irmaos Red comes from Mãos & Irmãos, a Douro family project created by four brothers from a traditional Baixo Corgo family who joined their knowledge and love of the region. Sourced from old vineyards on poor schist soils between 350 and 600 metres, this red is made from traditional Douro grape varieties, hand-harvested and briefly aged in wood. Deep black-plum in colour, it shows red fruit, cherry, and chocolate aromas, with a round, soft palate and classic Douro character.
