Quinta dos Castelares Reserva White comes from Freixo de Espada à Cinta, in the Douro Superior, where Quinta dos Castelares grows high-altitude vineyards on schist soils with a strong North-Northeast exposure. Made from Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, and Gouveio, this 2024 DOC Douro white is partially fermented and aged in French and American oak, showing intense white fruit, mineral freshness, barrel balance, Freixo character, and a gastronomic profile for roasted fish, cod, white meats, and soft cheeses.
